On Saturday 10 August 2024, the night of San Lorenzo, the crest of the Pania della Croce will be illuminated by hundreds of torches. The truly unique spectacle will be visible from the refuges on both sides (Rifugio Rossi and Rifugio del Freo) and from many villages in Garfagnana and Alta Versilia.
